Before you can make healthy decisions moving forward you have to understand exactly where you are right now. You will change your mind repeatedly, making the same mistakes, if you do not start from awareness. People cannot change what they don’t acknowledge. Knowledge is power.

3. What actions have you taken that did not work? List specific actions with feelings too.

5. When this is over. How do I want to feel? Open up about your feelings and say what you have said to no one else. Detach yourself from the story and replace it with your authentic feelings and how they will resonate within you and your body.
