This program is designed to help couples and families: * Work together more effectively, both in and outside of sessions * Resolve divorce-related issues in a way that supports long-term stability * * Create healthy, sustainable agreements rather than short-term fixes * Reduce conflict and build clarity during a very uncertain time The process is tailored to your unique situation, your goals, and your family’s needs. We work with clients at all stages of separation—from those unsure whether to leave, to those already divorced and struggling to move forward. What’s included: ✔️ 1x 1-hour personal individual strategy session ✔️ 6 x 1-hour sessions(joint) ✔️ unlimited phone & email support ✔️ Customizable parenting plans, tools, & more ✔️ Support for division of assets, child support,.parenting time, & all relevant issues ✔️ On-demand check-ins between sessions ✔️ Templates, scripts, and boundary-setting tools ✔️ Final wrap-up summary + next-step support PLUS: Access to our complete CleanPath online course, guiding you through the emotional, and practical steps of divorce that is full of valuable information and resources To get the most out of this process, clients need to be willing to: * Complete homework between sessions * Provide full and transparent financial disclosure * Engage honestly and respectfully in the process Investment & payment options Program fee: $3994+ HST Payment is due prior to engagement as a commitment to the process Payment options are flexible: One party may cover the full amount Fees may be split equally ($1,997 + HST each), including HST) Fees may also be split proportionally based on income This fee covers all time spent on your file over the two-month period, including session time, preparation, document review, emails, and phone calls. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, and wellbeing throughout the process. We offer a confidential call where we address your concerns and develop strategies for resolution in our joint mediation session. Your privacy is paramount - everything shared is kept confidential, and nothing will be brought up during mediation. We want you to feel comfortable to speak freely about your situation; we are here to help. Following our individual strategy session we will schedule our joint sessions for Mediation over the course of the next 8 weeks.
